1 - The User accepts, declares and undertakes that he/she will act in accordance with all the terms and conditions in the User Agreement, the rules specified in the relevant parts of the Site and all applicable legislation while performing the membership procedures, benefiting from the Site's Services and performing any transaction related to the Services on the Site, and that he/she understands and approves all the terms and conditions in the User Agreement.

2- The User accepts, declares and undertakes that, in accordance with the provisions of the applicable mandatory legislation or in cases where the rights of other Users and third parties are claimed to have been violated, GameStocker will be authorized to disclose its confidential/private/commercial information to both official authorities and rightful persons, and that no compensation can be claimed from GameStocker under any name for this reason.

If there is information in the product description that automatic delivery is made, the product will be automatically sent to your e-mail address after purchase. 5- If the purchased products are not delivered within 7 days, a refund can be accepted. Otherwise, a refund will not be accepted. We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well. If more than 21 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at support@gamestocker.com

6- For possible ban (BAN) problems in purchased games, the registrations ordered for appeals are valid for the first 24 hours after. No action can be taken on appeals made later. Users are forced to immediately check the purchase of the product, which is banned from purchasing.

7- GameStocker is not responsible for account access lost due to system or platform changes in any game. The products purchased are provided in accordance with the system before the change. Buyers will not have the right to request a return or exchange.

8- Users and GameStocker are legally independent parties. There is no partnership, agency or employee-employer relationship between them. As a result of the approval and implementation of the User Agreement, no partnership, agency or employee-employer relationship arises.

9- GameStocker reserves the right to change the "User Agreement".
