Digital Products:

If the purchased products are not delivered within 7 days, a refund can be accepted. Otherwise, a refund will not be accepted. We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved or not.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
